Marketing in Focus (MIF) will be an ideathon in March 2027. Over 100 participants will have the opportunity to tackle real-world marketing problems and present their solutions in rapid-fire sessions with professional feedback. This year, students will be able to explore marketing more directly by pitching ideas to solve a problem through a blend of keynote speakers, workshops, and panels. MIF is planned to be hosted in-person in Downtown Vancouver in March 2027. Organizing Committee Coordinators’ terms will begin in October 2026 and last until March 2027. The committee will work alongside the SMA executive team to organize and execute the event and are required to attend.
